Leta Verbena is a Southern California wedding floral designer led by Emma, specializing in bold, color-forward florals for modern couples. Raised among the greens of the Cascade Mountains and the berry tones of the Columbia River Gorge, Emma left the Pacific Northwest for USC — earning degrees in Mathematics and Communications and a law degree from Pepperdine — before diving into flowers in 2018. Leta Verbena launched in 2019 and became a full floral focus in 2021. From a studio in San Pedro, Emma and a staff of four now produce nearly 75 weddings a year across Malibu, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and beyond. The business is named for Emma's great-great-grandmother, Leta Verbena Curl — an homage to her fierce and wild spirit.
